Our enrichment program sparks curiosity and creativity with activities like culinary projects, gardening, music & movement, ASL, and Spanish. Children explore new skills, cultures, and hands-on learning opportunities that extend classroom concepts in fun, meaningful ways.

At Reign & Root Academy, we use a research-backed, developmentally appropriate early learning curriculum that is updated monthly to keep learning fresh and engaging. The program is thematic and hands-on, covering all key areas of early childhood development, including:
This curriculum provides a balanced, hands-on approach that integrates learning across domains, allowing children to grow academically, socially, and emotionally in a small, supportive environment.

At Reign & Root Academy, we provide nutritious, balanced meals every day. Children enjoy breakfast, lunch, and two snacks in a calm, family-style setting. Our menus are designed to fuel growing bodies and minds, supporting energy, focus, and overall wellness throughout the day.

We utilize the natural world is a second classroom. Children spend up to 3 hours daily outdoors, engaging in nature-based exploration, sensory play, and real-world investigations that support physical health, curiosity, and self-regulation.

We prioritize emotional growth and relationship-building. Through guided activities, peer collaboration, and intentional reflection, children develop self-awareness, empathy, problem-solving, and confidence, helping them navigate both school and life.

Our hands-on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) experiences encourage experimentation, creativity, and critical thinking. From building projects to simple experiments, children actively engage with concepts that spark curiosity and foster problem-solving skills.
Reign & Root Academy operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and follows the Boston Public Schools academic calendar for holidays, closures, and weather-related decisions. Families should consider this schedule carefully before enrolling. RRA remains open during the summer months. Tuition is slot-based rather than attendance-based, meaning your weekly payment secures your child’s space and is due regardless of whether or not your child is present. Tuition for families enrolled on Tuesday/Thursday is due every Thursday by 4:00 PM (pickup), and all other families must submit tuition every Friday by 4:00 PM (pickup). Tuition is required during the two-week Winter Break (December); however, it is not due during February or April Vacation. We encourage families to review these policies closely to ensure they align with your needs before committing to enrollment.
